A Worklabs internal project
A pipeline that keeps the next action in view.
I designed and developed an internal pipeline and follow-up system for Agentic Worklabs using AI-assisted development. The aim is to keep context, preparation and action in one working process.
- 01A shared record
- 02A daily action queue
- 03Preparation with context
- 04The outcome returns to the record
From a record to something worth doing.
A pipeline board can show where an opportunity sits. The operating system also needs to make the next action clear, preserve the context behind it and help the person doing the work prepare.
- 01
A shared record
Pipeline status, dated tasks and activity history live together. Board and table views use the same underlying data.
- 02
A daily action queue
Cadence rules surface due work and drifting conversations. A check flags live opportunities without a dated next action.
- 03
Preparation with context
AI-assisted workflows can use the record to prepare research, call plans and drafts. The human reviews outbound communication.
- 04
The outcome returns to the record
New information, activity and next steps stay attached to the opportunity so the next session can pick up where the last one ended.
Design decisions
Make it work with more than one editor.
- The interface refreshes when an agent changes the shared record.
- Conflict checks reject stale browser saves so they cannot overwrite a more recent update.
- Atomic saves and retained history support recovery when something goes wrong.
- Sending a message remains a human decision, separate from preparing the draft.
What this demonstrates.
Process design, hands-on implementation and the practical decisions needed when people and AI work on the same information. It is the consultancy’s own working system, with ongoing iteration as the workflow changes.
Put it to work
Connect the record to the work.
Bring a part of your pipeline where context or follow-through gets lost. We can map the decisions, ownership and connections needed to make it work.
